Get to know the world of dolphins in a tropical paradise. An adventure filled with nearness adventure and fun. You will enjoy their skills and learn to love them.

What you’ll do

  1. Pickup at your resort

    Guests are picked up from hotels in Punta Cana or Bávaro. Headcount is confirmed before departure.

  2. Transfer to the dolphin facility

    Ride in an air-conditioned vehicle to the marine park. The trip takes about 20–30 minutes depending on your hotel location.

  3. Welcome and orientation

    Meet the dolphin trainers for a safety and program briefing. Life jackets are distributed and fitted for all participants.

  4. Interactive session with dolphins

    Enter the water to meet one dolphin per group. Enjoy activities like a belly ride, boogie push, handshake, and playful interactions.

  5. Educational segment and farewell

    Learn about dolphin anatomy and marine conservation before concluding the session with a farewell moment.

  6. Free time and facilities

    Use the on-site amenities such as lockers, Wi-Fi, and gift shop. Optional photo packages and refreshments are available for purchase.

  7. Return transfer

    Board your transport back to your hotel or pickup point in Punta Cana or Bávaro.

We had such a great experience in Punta Cana with Punta Cana Adventures. From booking up until the night before our dolphin encounter adventure, Punta Cana Adventures were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions I had via email and text. Our guide/ trainer Chelo was great! We were able to interact with two dolphins, manta ray and we snorkeled with sharks. We had such a wonderful experience. We were with my two sons, one which has autism. I let the trainer know in advance and they were very attentive. When my son needed a break, we were able to sit in the deck/bar area, have some food and drinks and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We watched boats go by, and watched the pelicans fly by. I would book future adventures again.

  • One year old is the minimum age to participate in the interactive programs
  • Childs must be 1 meters or 4 feet minimum to be able to participate in this excursion
  • Use of a lifejacket is compulsory

  • Not suitable for pregnant travelers.

Do you pickup from our hotel or Airbnb?

Yes, roundtrip transportation is available for all hotels in the Bavaro/Punta Cana area. Transportation can be accommodated for most Airbnb's as well.

What's your refund policy?

Cancel up to 24 hours before your activity starts for a full refund.

Am I able to reschedule?

Yes. We can reschedule your activity as long as you notify us in time. If we cannot reschedule due to matters outside of our control and were notified 24-48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.
