The entire process was simple and smooth, the employees are very nice and knowledgeable and they took their time at explaining the many different activities we had planned for the day! We loved the Mega Combo package, it included Horse Back Riding, Ziplining, the Lagoon, the Lazy River, and the 4X4 Polaris drive! We stayed at the park all day! I was so thankful to celebrate my birthday here! Thank you so much for making this such an enjoyable experience for us!! The photos are AMAZING!!!!! I would definitely do this again the next time I come back to Punta Cana!! :)

We recommend you bring hiking/tennis shoes as there is a lot of walking on uneven trails. Also, water shoes are great for the caves, and zip line which ends in the water.
Are there lockers available for rent? Yes, lockers are available which can be rented with debit, credit, or cash.
Do you pickup from our hotel or Airbnb? Yes, roundtrip transportation is available for all hotels in the Bavaro/Punta Cana area. Transportation can be accommodated for most Airbnb's as well.
What's your refund policy? Cancel up to 24 hours before your activity starts for a full refund.
Am I able to reschedule? Yes. We can reschedule your activity as long as you notify us in time. If we cannot reschedule due to matters outside of our control and were notified 24-48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.
