To participate as a passenger, it is required 1.30 meters minimum high (4.27 ft).
Due to security policies, infants cannot participate in the Polaris tour.
Horses, minimum 1.30 meters high (4.27 ft). and maximum 130 kilograms (280 lb).
Bring light and comfortable clothing; a towel and bathing suit; sunscreen protector; and an additional change of clothes.
The use of closed sports shoes is mandatory for the activities. Flip-flops, sandals, can be used once the activities are finished.
During the activities, it is not allowed to take any personal objects with you, we have small and large lockers (at additional cost). At the end of your activities, you can take everything with you.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

What type of footwear is recommended?
We recommend you bring hiking/tennis shoes as there is a lot of walking on uneven trails. Also, water shoes are great for the caves, and zip line which ends in the water.
Are there lockers available for rent?
Yes, lockers are available which can be rented with debit, credit, or cash.
Do you pickup from our hotel or Airbnb?
Yes, roundtrip transportation is available for all hotels in the Bavaro/Punta Cana area. Transportation can be accommodated for most Airbnb's as well.
